Focus on building quick working demonstrations to validate product concepts and enable data-driven decisions.

What you will do

• Develop working prototypes across embedded firmware, middleware, backend, and frontend layers.
• Rapidly hack solutions to prove feasibility of new product ideas.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to turn ideas into demonstrations.
• Work closely with hardware and prototype devices on-site in Tampere.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks.
• Communicate effectively with domain experts to understand constraints and requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tampere, Finland
• MSc, BSc, or equivalent education.
• Experience across multiple layers of software stack including embedded systems, backend, and frontend.
• Proficiency in at least two of: C/C++ (embedded), Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud services.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and pragmatic tradeoffs.
