What you will do

• Code, configure, and integrate Shopify or Commercetools solutions including custom applications and storefront customizations
• Lead technical direction and ensure best practices, maintainability, and performance of projects
• Design and implement integrations with ERP, CRM, payment, logistics, and marketing automation systems
• Participate in solution design and pre-sales phases to choose optimal technical approaches
• Mentor and coach other developers to elevate team capabilities
• Stay updated on commerce and martech landscape to offer best client solutions

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Helsinki area or willing to visit client offices; candidates from Tampere or Turku considered
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or Commercetools development and e-commerce integrations
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue for custom frontends
• Good communication skills to justify technical choices and guide teams
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills required
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms or marketing automation tools is a plus
