Location: On-site in Helsinki city centre with a hybrid model (1 remote day/week after on-site onboarding). Must be located in Finland (the capital region) with a valid work permit. Relocation and visa services are not offered.

Salary: 4500–6500 €/month

What you will do

• Build and scale the next generation of hirify.global’s AI-powered platform, shaping architecture and owning complex features end-to-end.
• Translate product and design visions into elegant, performant, accessible interfaces, including conversational AI experiences and complex data visualizations.
• Architect and build scalable, resilient cloud services (serverless, containerized) on AWS, defining data models and APIs.
• Implement robust authentication, observability, CI/CD, and handle massive data loads with real-time event streaming and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders, mentoring through code reviews and championing best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they are shipped, ensuring quality and performance at scale.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience in scaling SaaS environments, shipping production-grade web apps end-to-end.
• Fluent in TypeScript/JavaScript and React (or similar) with experience building high-quality UIs, components, and interactions.
• Solid backend engineering skills with cloud-native architectures, capable of building scalable services on AWS (serverless/containers, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proven ownership, product thinking, and clear communication skills in English, understanding GDPR and web security essentials.
• Startup/scale-up mindset, thriving in fast-moving environments and contributing to defining practices and architecture.
• Professional proficiency in English for daily communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
