What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate insights into software.
• Own technical decisions from architecture through validation and iteration post-launch.
• Bring a product mindset combining user empathy, business understanding, and pragmatic engineering.
• Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge with peers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku with willingness to visit client offices
• Fluency in Finnish and English is essential
• 7+ years of experience building complex web applications with full-stack expertise.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across disciplines.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS or similar cloud technologies.
