What you will do

• Take on fullstack Machine Learning assignments covering GenAI, developing and training models in production.
• Build and run cloud platforms where ML models can run.
• Dive into complex systems, rapidly ramp up, and deliver real impact from day one.
• Influence product direction and foster a collaborative, high-trust team culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience delivering real results within Machine Learning.
• Track record of building and training ML models in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in Python and modern ML/AI libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI).
• Strong understanding of ML infrastructure: deployment, monitoring, debugging, optimization.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.
• Must be based in Sweden with a Swedish citizenship, a valid work visa, or permanent residency.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
