What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to ML and GenAI customers, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advise on ML and GenAI best practices and deliver product demos to diverse audiences.
• Run strategic business reviews and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to drive product roadmap and account expansions.
• Support customers in achieving success and enthusiasm for Arize’s platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or working with ML/GenAI in production.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and LLM/Agentic frameworks.
• Comfortable with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Self-driven learner ready to tackle production ML deployment challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in MLOps, Kubernetes, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Prior experience demoing technical products to business and technical audiences.
