Location: Hybrid in Germany (Essen, Hannover, Munich, Berlin, Würzburg, Hamburg, or Frankfurt am Main). Workation possible for up to 20 days per year within Europe.

What you will do

• Implement technical telemetry integrations based on OpenTelemetry and pipeline technology.
• Develop and drive an adoption strategy and plan for onboarding activities, including deployment phases.
• Empower product teams by sharing best practices, running trainings, and coaching on telemetry instrumentation.
• Develop and continuously improve training and enablement material and facilitate training sessions.
• Build self-service capabilities for consumers to onboard their use cases independently.
• Design and implement microsegmentation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and high-level languages like Python and Go.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong service orientation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Practical experience and advanced knowledge in application instrumentation, monitoring, and observability solutions using OpenTelemetry.
• Experience developing and running cloud-native software and infrastructure using OpenTofu/Terraform, JavaScript, and GitOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and DevOps.
• Experience with high-level languages like Python and Go for infrastructure solutions.
