What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable infrastructure to support high-volume requests, ensuring performance, availability, and resilience.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve reliability, system performance, and deployment velocity.
• Continuously monitor, test, and improve systems, focusing on automation and observability.
• Help define and adopt SLIs/SLOs to drive system health and incident response maturity.
• Contribute to infrastructure design decisions, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and build reusable components using Terraform.
• Actively share knowledge, improve DevOps practices, and elevate the team’s engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles in high-scale, production environments.
• Proven expertise in cloud-based systems, ideally with GCP, and confidence in scaling infrastructure for high-traffic services.
• Kubernetes expertise, knowing how to run, secure, scale, and monitor multi-node clusters in real-world scenarios.
• Experience with container networking and edge routing technologies such as Traefik or Envoy.
• Deep knowledge in system performance, resilience engineering, and incident response.
• Familiarity with defining and applying SLIs/SLOs.
• Confidence working with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a strong interest in sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and continuously learning.
