Senior User Experience Designer (Digital Workspace): Designing and refining digital channels within a workspace, focusing on improving usability, consistency, and integration across various customer interaction platforms. Focus on leading design workshops, defining strategic UX artifacts, and developing comprehensive service blueprints to enhance the overall customer and user experience.

Location: Flexibility: we are open to candidates being eventually office based in Budapest, remote workers long term or a mix of both, but Hungary based.

What you will do

• Lead interactive design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders to define problems and build consensus.
• Define and operationalize strategic UX artifacts like experience principles, user journey frameworks, and ecosystem maps.
• Develop comprehensive service blueprints and customer journey maps, integrating service design principles.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align design strategy with product roadmaps.
• Balance independent work with collaborative engagements, maintaining high design excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience designing software applications for a global audience, with a robust focus on design strategies and service design frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying interaction design processes and methodologies across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate engaging design workshops and collaborative ideation sessions.
• Thrives in fast-paced work environments, requiring independent self-direction as well as strong team collaboration and open communication.
• Exceptional presentation skills, capable of articulating design strategy and concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage data and user insights to make informed design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing for enterprise-level applications, services, or platforms (specifically support or call centers).
