What you will do
- Conceptualize, build, present, and deliver visually compelling and functionally rich digital solutions.
- Turn research into elegant, accessible solutions.
- Apply extensive experience in design thinking methodologies (e.g., Double Diamond) to frame problems and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Create meaningful information architecture, customer journeys, and user flows aligned with business goals.
- Craft excellence in customer interaction and motion design.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Product, Data, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an Experience Designer in a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency.
- Portfolio reflecting capability to work on complex, scalable digital solutions spanning Web, Mobile, and connected experiences.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design across research, interaction, UI, content & service design.
- Proven accessibility & inclusive design practice (e.g., WCAG/A11y).
- Ability to use modern tools (e.g., AI) responsibly for research synthesis and conceptualization.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting.
- Understanding of APAC nuances for cross-cultural design, localizing flows & content.
