Salary: €4,350 gross per month minimum, market-competitive overpayment possible

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered features from discovery through launch including research, interaction and visual design, and prototyping
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into accessible and trustworthy user experiences
• Communicate design vision and rationale clearly to diverse audiences including stakeholders and executives
• Balance autonomous AI capabilities with human control, clarity, simplicity, and usability in complex remote support scenarios

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in Linz, Austria
• 5+ years of product design experience in software or digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work from research to shipped products
• Proven ability to design for complex, technical products or workflows
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product management teams
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical tools
• Systems thinking approach with ability to design at scale across multiple platforms or product areas
• Enthusiasm for early adoption in AI/UX design and defining new interaction paradigms
