What you will do

• Design and develop innovative, user-centric digital products with a focus on design systems.
• Create reusable UI components and maintain design consistency across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers and other designers.
• Participate in all aspects of product design: research, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and support client success through stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portugal or work remotely from Portugal.
• Proven experience in UX design, product strategy, UI/interaction design, and design systems.
• Strong skills in creating UI components and design languages.
• Good communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, and design system expertise.
• All application documents must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zeroheight, Supernova, or Storybook.
• Animation skills and experience incorporating animation into UI.
• Knowledge or experience with web accessibility implementation.
• Coding skills are a benefit but not essential.
