• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on ideation and technical decisions.
• Support the operations and availability of the team's systems by creating and monitoring metrics and participating in on-call efforts.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in one of Python or Kotlin.
• Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to take a simple problem into a solution and execute by writing clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that support effective collaboration.
• Must be based in the US.
