What you will do

• Act as a key administrative and client-facing link between the sales team and customers.
• Manage customer accounts and provide support throughout the sales process.
• Process sales orders, manage renewals, and handle all operational activities.
• Generate sales reports, manage sales-related data entry, and track information.
• Assist with sales presentations, research competitors, and provide product information.

Requirements

• Experience with supporting the sales process
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and supporting customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team while also performing tasks independently.
