What you will do

• Maintain and organize learning materials, including creating, tagging, updating, and testing content within the LMS.
• Assist in drafting, structuring, and creating diverse learning content such as presentations, scripts, and videos in English.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before publication.
• Support internal training documentation, Q&A structuring, feedback collection, and content maintenance.
• Aid in data analysis, identifying trends, and generating insights for process and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Sustainability, Communications, Educational Design, Business).
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with video creation tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Demonstrate a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style, comfortable with independent work.
• Strong interest in sustainability, eLearning, and digital communication.
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Germany.
