• Lead complex analytical projects to uncover key trends and opportunities across business functions.
• Develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to align analytics with strategic priorities.
• Design and implement advanced analytical models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards with Amazon QuickSight.
• Drive data literacy and adoption by promoting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be located in Brazil (remote-first culture within Brazil).
• Fluent English (C1 level) required for communication.
• Proven experience in data analytics and statistical methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools; Amazon QuickSight is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
