Salary: $140,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, architect, and deliver AI-driven modules end-to-end.
• Propose innovative solutions by staying ahead of AI landscape trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in testing, deployment, and code reviews.
• Optimize product and platform performance and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous system reliability.
• Ensure security is a priority in all development activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of LLMs and hands-on experience building with them, including usage, prompting, and model integration.
• Proven understanding and direct experience with Agentic AI systems, including designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and modern AI architectures such as RAG, vector databases, and reranking.
• At least 1 year of experience in back-end development using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance in development.
• Work format: Hybrid, based in Seattle/Bellevue, WA, USA.

• Full-stack development experience.
