What you will do

• Interface with cross-domain teams, executives, and stakeholders for context, direction, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate on and author high-level designs, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Serve as lead engineer for major initiatives, developing and implementing low-level designs across teams.
• Facilitate quick-turnaround solutions, balancing speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape AI strategy and assess technology options for ROI.
• Build scalable, secure, cost-effective, and performant systems at large scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of coding experience in server-side languages (Python, GoLang, Scala).
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, SW, CE, MIS.
• Strong understanding of front-end frameworks/languages (React, TypeScript, JavaScript).
• Experience building consumer-facing, agentic product solutions with LLMs and GenAI technologies, including modern AI infrastructure (vector databases, MLOps, RAG pipelines, AI agents).
• Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and API architecture.
• Must reside in the United States.
