What you will do

• Perform image and photo quality assessments, along with ID assessment, verification, and visual field extraction.
• Evaluate fraud based on detection instructions and label machine-learning data from customers.
• Focus on annotating tasks and delivering high-quality results by following a variety of instructions.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner, meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines.
• Conduct post-process audits and write error reports on data and tasks.
• Work in sync with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to meet weekly goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico
• English: C1 proficiency required (exceptional proficiency in both oral and written communication).
• Detail-oriented and able to follow complex instructions.
• Ability to work independently, cooperatively, and collaboratively as a team member.
• Possess a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities.
