What you will do
- Provide technical support and answer client inquiries
- Analyze and resolve technical issues
- Verify quality of new implementations
- Propose software improvements to reduce support tickets
- Update systems with accurate client and service information
Requirements
- Must live in Mexico with a current CURP
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher)
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful personality
- Ability to learn new technologies independently
- Basic knowledge of SQL or programming/scripting language
Nice to have
- Experience in technical support or operations roles, especially in startups or fast-growing tech companies
- Basic knowledge of Power BI
