What you will do
- Answer incoming customer requests via live chat
- Identify customer needs and assist with product features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Follow up to ensure resolution of technical and product issues
- Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Experience in customer support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong PC skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
