What you will do
- Develop expertise in core and additional technologies related to contact center software and telecommunications.
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and online channels.
- Maintain ownership and communication for assigned incidents from report to resolution.
- Ensure timely updates and proper prioritization of customer issues according to SLAs.
- Communicate professionally and build confidence with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Sandy, UT, USA with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
- 2+ years technical support experience in ISP, networks, or business software.
- Knowledge of contact center software, telecommunications, VoIP, SIP, networking protocols, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex multi-platform environments.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
