What you will do

• Develop analytical frameworks for player behavior across games and platforms, including hirify.global-wide player LTV models.
• Collaborate on robust player identity and tracking systems across all products.
• Explore how players interact with friends and communities to understand drivers of connection.
• Measure and analyze direct-to-consumer initiatives to understand player value.
• Help understand player movement between games and identify new engagement opportunities.
• Define key metrics, tracking specifications, and data models for consistent player understanding.
• Turn analysis into clear, impactful narratives to influence game development and player support.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in analytics or data science, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech.
• Deep technical proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Experience building or working with user identity and cross-product data models.
• Proven ability to make sense of complex social or behavioral data and turn it into clear insights.
• Experience working with social graphs and behavioral data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence through competency.
• English: B2 required.
