What you will do

• Serve as a technical brand ambassador in customer engagements, guiding discussions and showcasing Pure's solutions.
• Empower and coach elite and preferred Partner Systems Engineers, helping them effectively sell and scale with hirify.global.
• Facilitate technical validation by reviewing and validating sizing, quotes, and technical architectures.
• Drive the awareness and usage of Pure's sales and technical tools across the partner ecosystem.
• Coordinate technical resources for partner bootcamps, technical events, and workshops to upskill the channel.
• Function as a technical advisor for partners, linking them to virtual resources or escalating complex inquiries.

Requirements

• Professional B2B experience in a technical support, customer-facing, or pre-sales role.
• Familiarity with the enterprise storage market, data management, and current/emerging IT infrastructure architectures.
• Demonstrated success working closely with a sales counterpart and channel partners to achieve objectives.
• A high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and the drive to quickly learn complex technical concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication and coaching skills to articulate technical value to diverse audiences.
