Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in London, Leicester Square
• Degree or equivalent experience with IT incident diagnosis and resolution skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
