What you will do

• Lead and coordinate incident response activities ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare detailed root cause analysis reports and ensure follow-up actions.
• Design and automate processes, testing approaches, and reporting mechanisms.
• Create and maintain documentation such as runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Provision and manage Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code tools like Bicep and Terraform.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, Azure support, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including compute, storage, networking, identity, governance, and security.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Bicep.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
