What you will do
- Ensure operational efficiency, stability, and availability of complex application systems.
- Manage incidents, debug business-impacting issues, and take corrective actions using monitoring tools.
- Implement continuous delivery practices to evolve, support, and deliver high-quality software.
- Leverage logging techniques for alerting, monitoring, and identifying root causes of incidents.
- Utilize DevOps tools and practices for software deployment and operation.
- Mentor less experienced peers and advocate for technical excellence.
Requirements
- Experience with C# programming language and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong debugging and triaging skills to troubleshoot code effectively.
- Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure pipelines.
- Understanding of application monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Comfortable with Agile methods, such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Willingness to be part of a rotation- and need-based 24x7 available team.
