What you will do

• Proactively monitor internal & customer staging & production environments using top monitoring technologies like Kibana, Grafana, AWS, GCP, and Azure tools.
• Learn and perform monitoring activities with cutting-edge cloud technologies such as AWS ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and RDS in production environments.
• Perform 24/7 proactive monitoring, adjustments, problem reporting, and incident response.
• Identify, categorize, and respond to application, network, and system issues.
• Effectively communicate changes, upgrades, improvements, and integrations.
• Assist and communicate with other departments and cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Product) to improve alert accuracy.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of technical experience; Bachelor’s degree in a technical area (Engineering, Computer Science, IT) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with SQL or completion of an SQL academic course.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English are required.
• Ability to handle multiple activities, prioritize based on customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborate effectively in a global team setting.
• Ability to occasionally work in 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Any previous experience in the cloud industry or SaaS companies.
• Customer-facing experience.
