What you will do

• Analyze business processes and identify RPA opportunities.
• Actively participate in the engineering community, sharing insights on new software technologies and best practices.
• Develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using UiPath and other automation frameworks.
• Handle end-to-end development, including coding, testing, and debugging during each cycle.
• Create and maintain solution documentation for both end-users and internal reference.
• Support automated solutions by responding to help requests, troubleshooting issues, and conducting root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development (C#, .Net, Python).
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation and automation tools (UiPath, MS Power Platform).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Complex matrix organization experience.
• Understanding of best practices from a technology perspective and in the context of product, solution, and service portfolios.
• Data architecture knowledge (e.g., transactional and analytical processing, real-time analytics).

Nice to have

• Experience in the Banking Industry supporting banking customers.
• Knowledgeable in RPA architecture, data architecture, analytics, and software/application architecture.
