What you will do

• Develop and enhance C++ front office applications and services.
• Debug, maintain, and optimize existing code.
• Design, implement, and test technical solutions from business requirements.
• Collaborate with trading desks, middle office, and technology teams.
• Identify and manage technical risks and issues.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Minimum two years of recent hands-on experience with C++.
• Experience with .NET or Java.
• Practical experience with RDBMS databases.
• Understanding of coding best practices and software development lifecycle.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess a valid work permit for Serbia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of distributed cache technologies, including Apache Ignite.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, KDB/q, and Python.
• Experience working on real-time or near real-time trading systems.
• Proven experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and/or risk management solutions.
