What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Django
• Implement new features and optimize code for reliability, scalability, and performance
• Build and maintain Robotic Process Automations to streamline workflows
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
• Debug production issues and collaborate with frontend engineers, QA, and product managers
• Contribute to product planning and architecture discussions

Requirements

• Fluent Russian required
• At least 4 years of backend engineering experience with Python and Django
• Expert knowledge of databases, SQL, web protocols, and messaging queues like RabbitMQ
• Experience with RPAs, unit testing, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
• Availability online 14:00-16:30 UTC
• Patience and persistence to learn complex business domain
