What you will do

• Monitor, log, categorize, prioritize, escalate, and resolve incidents for US financial customers.
• Act as single point of contact between NCR customers and CIT Management Services, coordinating daily/weekly/monthly meetings and reporting.
• Communicate with customers and third-party vendors to ensure timely cash replenishment and service compliance.
• Prepare reports on cash service issues and monitor resolution progress.
• Participate in team meetings, write knowledge articles, and contribute to process improvements.
• Work rotating shifts including weekends and nights to cover 7am-9pm EST service hours.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
• English: Fluency required
• Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience in ATM operations, bank or retail banking preferred but not mandatory.
• Good problem-solving, organizational skills, and process improvement mindset.
