What you will do

• Serve as the SailPoint IIQ expert driving best practices in design and implementation.
• Maintain and enhance identity lifecycle management and access governance systems.
• Work hands-on with SailPoint IIQ codebase to ensure performance and scalability.
• Collaborate within the IAM team to develop innovative solutions and share knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous integration, automation, and testing of IAM processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years professional software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong expertise in access governance, identity lifecycle management, and IAM best practices.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Microservices, and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Experience in enterprise-grade environments, ideally fintech sector.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
