What you will do

• Improve system observability by enhancing monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Automate manual billing and invoicing processes to reduce operational toil.
• Collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop technical solutions.
• Review code and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Lead efforts to improve codebase health and reduce technical debt.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership within the team.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years in high-level technical support roles focused on billing, invoicing, or financial systems
• Proven advanced troubleshooting skills for complex business processes and data discrepancies.
• At least 1 year of software development experience with knowledge of Go and Python.
• Experience querying both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent English communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, DealHub, Salesforce, Workato, and Fivetran.
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions and using cloud services.
