What you will do

• Manage CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, travel, and daily logistics.
• Support strategic planning and business development across AI initiatives.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Handle CEO’s communications including emails, calls, and social media messages.
• Draft correspondence, prepare agendas, and coordinate action items.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships representing company values.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Availability in US/EU time zones.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Technological fluency with G Suite, Microsoft 365, CRMs, project management tools, and AI systems.
• Ability to work flexibly outside standard hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting founders or leaders in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to AI, SaaS, or tech industries and basic AI/ML understanding.
• Experience coordinating international communications.
• Familiarity with marketing, brand management, or PR tools.
