Principal Product Manager (AI): Shaping the strategy, development, and execution of AI, ML, and agentic capabilities to enable product teams to build exceptional user-facing experiences with an accent on translating industry trends into a long-term capabilities roadmap. Focus on leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch, and influencing senior executives on critical tradeoffs.

Location: Hybrid model, with offices in Stockholm, London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Oslo, and Seoul. Majority of time spent in the office.

What you will do

• Shape cross-company AI/ML strategy and long-term capabilities roadmap.
• Act as a strategic bridge between capability-building and client-facing product teams.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch for AI-powered features.
• Conduct market analysis to identify AI opportunities and elevate user experience.
• Provide thought leadership on AI product direction and influence senior executives.
• Mentor Product Managers and uplift product practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, with strong experience in AI/ML product domains.
• Proven track record of bringing complex, technical, or data-driven products from concept to launch.
• Proven success in shaping strategy across multiple teams or product lines.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends, emerging AI practices, and competitive landscape.
