What you will do

• Craft and champion vision and strategy for Responsibility efforts transitioning from research to product impact.
• Collaborate with partners across Responsibility and business units to deliver solutions for organizational challenges including harms monitoring.
• Partner with engineering and functional leads to identify and solve key AI safety risks.
• Define metrics to evaluate product success and share insights across the organization.
• Gather and act on user feedback to improve Responsibility products and tools.
• Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across Alphabet.

Requirements

• Experience in product management with strategic roadmap development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of AI models, especially in safety and responsibility contexts.
