Senior AI Product Manager: Shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core AI systems powering hirify.global’s AI agent Fin with an accent on turning complex AI capabilities into simple, delightful product experiences. Focus on exploring new ideas, assessing feasibility, evaluating trade-offs, and driving ambitious, high-quality AI product launches from early exploration to production.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (at least three days per week in the office). Open to candidates who can relocate to Germany.

What you will do

• Lead a major part of hirify.global’s AI platform or AI agent, owning its vision, strategy, and impact.
• Deeply understand customer needs, business goals, and AI system workings to make high-quality decisions.
• Collaborate daily with ML scientists, ML engineers, AI designers, and ML researchers to explore ideas and build high-value product experiences.
• Ship ambitious, high-quality AI products from early exploration to production launches, iterating based on performance.
• Collaborate across the company, integrating AI across the platform and partnering with GTM, marketing, support, and operations.
• Lead through clarity, ownership, and momentum, creating alignment and driving impactful outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong AI and technical fluency, with experience in AI/ML products, ideally generative AI.
• Excellent product judgment, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
• Sharp problem framing and customer insight, translating complexity into crisp problem statements.
• Ability to build world-class product, collaborating with engineering and design to ship high-quality software.
• Strong communication and leadership, influencing widely and bringing structure to ambiguity.
• Work in person in the Berlin office at least three days per week.
