What you will do
- Lead and scale the product design team across product and user experience
- Define and articulate a bold design vision aligned with company mission and product strategy
- Establish design principles, processes, and systems to ensure consistency and quality
- Own the entire delivery process in collaboration with Product Managers
- Drive innovation in Sales tech design, including AI-driven solutions
- Raise the bar for creativity and execution within the design team
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years in Product Design with 3+ years leadership experience
- Fluency in English and French
- Proven experience in SaaS design leadership and strong portfolio
- Strong communication, business acumen, and ability to inspire teams
- Hands-on mindset balancing strategic vision and execution
- Experience in Sales tech and SaaS markets knowledge
Nice to have
- Experience in Sales or Operations background
- Product Management experience
- High tech literacy and ability to synthesize information
