What you will do

• Drive design strategy and leadership for embedded insurance and benefits platforms.
• Create, maintain, and scale design systems for multiple insurer integrations.
• Collaborate across product and developer teams to enhance embedded product experiences.
• Mentor and develop existing design team members.
• Lead design decisions from strategy through execution with autonomy.

Requirements

• Location: Remote with presence in London or Dublin preferred
• Proven track record in product design delivering compelling customer experiences.
• Experience creating and scaling design systems for complex products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing company strategies.
• Portfolio demonstrating problem solving and design system expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded financial products or fintech platforms.
• Understanding of developer product experiences and integration-heavy products.
