Product Design Lead (Remote — Europe)
A fully licensed and established fintech/crypto company (not an early-stage startup) is looking for a Product Design Lead to take ownership of design vision, elevate product experience, and lead a small, high-impact design team.
This is a strategic role with real influence on product direction, design quality, and team culture.
What you will do:
• Lead and mentor designers; set quality standards
• Own end-to-end product design across Web, iOS, Android
• Build and scale the design system
• Run research and usability testing; make data-informed decisions
• Work closely with Product and Engineering on complex problems
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
We are looking for:
• 5+ years in product design
• 2+ years in a design leadership role
• Strong UX foundation + high-quality visual craft
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Experience with design systems
• Fluent English
• Fintech/crypto experience is a plus
💼 Compensation: ~€7,000 gross + bonus
🌍 Location: Remote (Europe)
