TL;DR

Senior AI Engineer (AI Engineering): Designing, developing, and maintaining AI/ML solutions for business-critical processes in the banking sector with an accent on scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems. Focus on building, training, and optimizing machine learning models, integrating them into production, and applying best practices in MLOps.

Location: Elastic hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź with 1-2 days per week onsite

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/day on B2B contract

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML solutions supporting business-critical processes and data-driven decision making
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models including classical ML and deep learning
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets ensuring data quality and reproducibility
• Integrate AI models into production systems such as APIs, microservices, and pipelines
• Monitor and improve model performance and apply best practices in MLOps including CI/CD and testing

Requirements

• Work model: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź with onsite presence 1-2 days per week
• English: Very good command required
• Strong experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in production
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and software engineering best practices
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and ability to communicate complex topics clearly

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS SageMaker
