What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Promote AI adoption and understanding across the company.
• Translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and research teams.
• Stay updated with the latest AI models and tools to influence the internal AI roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on expertise in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
• Practical experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
• MLOps expertise for scalable deployment, continuous monitoring, and model evaluation.
• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
