Location: Remote within ±4 hours of CET timezone

What you will do
- Review user transcripts to identify knowledge gaps and improve AI intent detection and routing.
- Build and maintain AI automation flows and data pipelines for personalized conversations.
- Collaborate with product, support, engineering, and astrologers to enhance AI systems.
- Implement and optimize memory systems and conversational UX.
- Continuously analyze and refine AI conversation quality and safeguards.
- Train AI to interpret astrological data and maps.
Requirements
- Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
- 2+ years experience in automation engineering, AI engineering, or conversational AI development.
- Strong skills in prompt engineering, LLM-based systems, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience integrating APIs and building stable data pipelines.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, support, and creative teams.
- Autonomous and fast-moving with ability to build scalable MVPs.
Nice to have
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
