What you will do

• Set and execute social media and communication campaigns aligned with product and marketing strategies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and generate creative ideas and concepts.
• Write briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators.
• Review and approve advertising creatives, adapting them for different platforms and audiences.
• Analyze advertising effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in creative or digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience with B2C mobile applications.
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results.
• Experience analyzing marketing campaign metrics.
• Research skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers.

Nice to have

• Experience in video and UGC content creation.
• Familiarity with web and app marketing.
• B2C niche market experience.
• Creative testing experience with Meta.
