hirify.global is building the first AI learning unicorn focused on personalizing education for students worldwide, with a strong presence in Europe and ambitions to dominate the US market.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the entire US growth engine through testing and rapid iteration.
  • Develop viral growth strategies including UGC content, creator programs, and viral loops.
  • Build and lead a team of creators and growth hackers to scale traction.
  • Analyze data to identify growth patterns and design experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and growth team based in Berlin.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
  • Fluent English (B2+) with strong communication skills.
  • Proven growth experience in startups, agencies, or own ventures with a founder mindset.
  • Ability to work 70+ hours per week with high urgency and ownership.
  • Strong data-driven execution and creativity in growth hacking.

Nice to have

  • Experience building social channels from zero to large followings.
  • Experience managing creator communities and scaling UGC.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and viral marketing.
