Location: This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith, London. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with brand objectives.
• Oversee content production end-to-end, coordinating with design and creative teams.
• Provide on-site support at key events for live social media coverage and engagement.
• Grow and maintain the ambassador programme in partnership with the Head of Partnerships.
• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance to inform future content and strategy.
• Create clear and compelling campaign briefs and write marketing copy across owned channels.
• Manage above-the-line initiatives such as OOH, inflight, and print placements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing and growing social media channels, particularly Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand tone and storytelling.
• Strong visual sense and experience working with designers and creative teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Prior experience working with luxury brands or a passion for luxury.
