What you will do

• Streamline and optimize NetSuite configurations aligned with IFRS and global accounting standards.
• Act as the NetSuite subject matter expert, troubleshooting and improving system functionality.
• Ensure the platform supports SOX compliance, multi-subsidiary consolidations, and global reporting.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to internal finance and operations teams.
• Lead gap analyses and recommend future enhancements for NetSuite integrations.
• Communicate proactively with U.S.-based stakeholders, articulating project updates, blockers, and proposals.

Requirements

• Based in Israel.
• Fluent in U.S/global accounting practices, with experience working at or with a U.S. public company.
• 5+ years of NetSuite consulting and system optimization experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, SOX compliance, and multi-entity accounting.
• Proven post-implementation support and troubleshooting success.
• Good communication skills in English and excellent documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experienced with NetSuite integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Coupa, Avalara, or FloQast).
