hirify.global, recently acquired by Fiverr, provides innovative tools to empower online sellers globally in the eCommerce world.

What you will do

  • Manage incoming online chats and support tickets.
  • Identify customer needs and build rapport through open communication.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely product and service information.
  • Handle complaints and offer effective solutions within set timeframes.
  • Develop deep expertise in hirify.global’s platform to provide expert technical support.
  • Document customer interactions and follow communication procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience (technical preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong technical aptitude, with eagerness to learn new platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard support practices.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to multitask with excellent time management.
  • Ability to work full-time within assigned shift patterns, with occasional flexibility.
  • Ability to work under a B2B contract.
  • Fully remote role—requires a reliable computer and a stable internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Experience in eCommerce, dropshipping, or SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and other major selling channels.
  • Previous experience working remotely or with international teams.
