What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for HighLevel’s software features
- Troubleshoot product issues across software functionality, internet, hardware, and networking
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and suggest improvements
- Assist customers via Zoom video calls and multiple communication channels
- Contribute to the knowledge base and participate in testing new product releases
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico
- 2+ years technical support experience in a product-based B2B SaaS organization
- 1-3 years customer support experience with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluent English required
- Reliable high-speed internet and necessary hardware for video calls
